Fabric AI provides an AI-powered platform for software development lifecycle automation, including document generation, AI agents, workflow automation, and related tools.

3. Account Registration#

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable Use#

5. Intellectual Property#

  • Our Platform: Fabric AI, including its design, features, and technology, is our intellectual property.
  • AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI through our platform is owned by you, subject to any third-party AI provider terms.

6. Payment Terms#

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7. Service Availability#

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of Liability#

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification#

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fabric AI from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination#

  • You may terminate your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms#

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

12. Governing Law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution#

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
